  1. Keep front entrance area fresh and flowered, with as much color as possible.

  2. Convert all of the newer "plate-hinged" mailboxes to the old-style "bolt-hinged" style. This "old-style" uses a bolt that runs through both sides of the mailbox and greatly enhances the durability and usability of the mailbox. The HPOA will consider covering the costs for this conversion.

  3. Sandblast, re-paint, and gloss-finish all mailbox bases and streetname signs.

  4. Work with Coper Sculptures to assure all property owners' mailboxes are maintained, including keeping doors working properly, correcting dents, keeping them level to the ground and seated.

We will clear the silt/root ball that is partially blocking the two joined exits on our green area, beneath Lot 41.

  • Replace entrance gate operator, so it will be able to communicate with the new exit gate operator installed by Jefcoat Fence on 27-June-2006. Elite's radio communications have changed over the past 7 years, and the old operator line is no longer available. Parker and Benny are discussing this, to make sure there is no other way to reconnect the operators. For the mean time, the open gate schedule has been disabled. This will be paid by the Allied Van Lines insurance.

  • Extend sprinkler system for new grass behind water tower. Trenchlass Irrigation will do this work, removing the sprinkler zonie that is between Harbortowne Road and the water tower. That area does not need to be sprinkled.
